1. What Workproof is

Workproof is software that lets you launch a memecoin on Solana and attach an automated trading program (a “worker”) with its own wallet. The worker follows the rules of the strategy you pick. Workproof is a tool, not an investment product, a broker, an exchange or an adviser.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Strategies, statistics, rankings and past results are not a promise or indication of future results. You make your own decisions.

3. Risk

• Memecoins are extremely volatile. A worker can lose some or all of the SOL you give it, quickly.
• Automated trading can fail: bugs, network congestion, failed or delayed transactions, price moves faster than a stop loss, rugs and illiquid tokens.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Workproof cannot reverse, refund or recover them.
• Only use SOL you can afford to lose entirely.

4. Your wallet and your worker’s wallet

Your wallet stays yours; we never ask for your seed phrase. Each worker trades from its own wallet, whose key is generated and stored encrypted by the service so the worker can act automatically. Every creator command (fund, pause, withdraw, change strategy, patches) must be signed by your wallet. You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure.

5. Fees and payments

Creator fees earned by a coin are claimed automatically and handled as shown on its worker page. Patches and other paid items are paid in SOL, are final, and are sent to the addresses shown before you confirm. Network, swap and priority fees are paid from the worker’s balance.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Workproof to break the law, to launch coins that impersonate others or infringe their rights, to manipulate markets, or to attack or overload the service. We may hide coins or disable workers that do.

7. Where Workproof is available

Workproof is offered worldwide without targeting any particular country. You may only use it if doing so is legal where you live and you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit it. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and for any taxes on your activity. If the service is not permitted where you are, do not use it.

8. Eligibility

You must be an adult under the laws of your country and able to enter into a binding agreement.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be paused, changed or discontinued at any time, including trading and launches. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Workproof means you accept it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workproof and its contributors are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost funds or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Any dispute is governed by the law that mandatorily applies to it; where you are free to choose, you agree to resolve disputes in good faith first.
